"My name is Joy Mordecai. Dr. Kocher is my dentist at South Carolina Dental Center. I love it there! Working for a bank for five years taught me a lot about why customer service skills are so important. After receiving notice from my previous dentist that my appointment date and time for a root canal had been changed, without any notification to me, and knowing I would not be able to get off work on the new date and time, I had no choice but to look for someone who could accommodate my schedule. I let my fingers do the walking and saw an ad that said, "Friendly Dentistry, same day service available." I called and spoke to a very nice woman named Remy. After explaining my situation, she spoke with the doctor and called me back because they had a full schedule that day. When she called back she told me my estimated out-of-pocket expense. Explaining I did not have that kind of funds lying around she told me about Care Credit. I was approved for more than enough to cover my balance. I have since referred 15 people there, they have all went and still love it just like me! I recommend South Carolina Dental Center to anyone because not only do they make their patients TOP Priority but they make you feel Right at Home. I have been with them for two years and in two more years I will still be there, me and ALL my family and friends."

During that time, I have consistently received excellent dental care that has always been accompanied by friendly and efficient service from the entire staff. When I come for an appointment, I am always greeted in a friendly and courteous way that is most often followed by no wait time before seeing the doctor or hygienist. Each of the procedure rooms has a TV so you can watch whatever you like during your visit. Even though you may not want to go to a dentist for a cleaning or a toothache, Dr. Kocher and his staff make the experience as pleasant as possible... and you get to leave with a fresh office-baked cookie!"
